Participation in this RFI is restricted to vendors located and operating within the Republic of Korea.
All sources may submit a quote or quote as applicable. However, the Republic of Korea (ROK)-United States (U.S.) Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA), precludes the U.S. Government from granting Invited Contractor or Technical Representative status to any offeror, for this requirement. All sources submitting a quote or quote, as applicable, including U.S. sources, must already have, or obtain the requisite business licenses directly from the ROK Government, and conduct business in accordance with all applicable ROK laws, including but not limited to, rules and policies regarding labor, taxation, and immigration. Any contractor not already doing business in Korea as a local source, must submit adequate verification in its initial quote or quote, that it has the requisite authorization and capacity to compete for the requirement as a local source, and to perform the contract as a local source. If an initial quote does not fully demonstrate this authorization and capacity, it will not be further considered for award. Whether an offeror qualifies as a local source shall be determined by the Contracting Officer.
The 906th Contracting Battalion is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research. The objective is to identify and assess the capabilities of vendors ONLY of the Republic of Korea that can delivered, installed, and maintain field support equipment for a designated period.
Scope of Requirements
The Government requires the rental of the following equipment. The selected contractor will be responsible for the delivery, full installation, and ongoing maintenance of all items for the entire Period of Performance.

16 March 2026 – 10 April 2026
Required Equipment:
- CLIN 0001: Industrial Washing Machine with dedicated Generator/ with Fuel (Quantity: 8 units)
- CLIN 0002: Industrial Clothes Dryer with dedicated Generator// with Fuel (Quantity: 8 units)
- CLIN 0003: Flood Light Tower with dedicated Generator// with Fuel (Quantity: 8 units)
- CLIN 0004: 20-Foot Refrigerated Container with dedicated Generator/ with Fuel (Quantity: 1)
