Kittery Sports Complex Design And Construction Administration - IFP

The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a contract agreement (labor and materials inclusive) for the comprehensive design and construction administration services for the renovation of the Kittery Sports Complex located at 52 Old Post Road in Kittery, Maine. The resulting facility will implement the concept plan expressed in the Memorial Field Assessment and Master Plan completed in January 2024 and developed to meet the athletic and recreational needs of the community.

Each proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Designer’s name and “Memorial Field Athletic Complex Design” on the outside. Proposal submissions shall consist of ten (10) hard copies and one (1) PDF file on a USB drive. Electronic files will NOT be accepted. Proposal submissions shall also include one (1) hard copy only of the Price Proposal in a separately sealed envelope and marked with the Designer's name and the words "Price Proposal". Do NOT include the price proposal in the PDF files.
