Kitchen Renovations at Fire Station 4

The Project consists of all work, including design build services, and equipment and materials required for the kitchen renovations, includes replacing and installing appliances, cabinets and opening wall section to expand the kitchen for the Fire Station 4 located at 823 Baldwin Street, Waterbury, CT. Fire Station 4 was constructed around 1908. There will be a Mandatory Information Session with respect to this RFP at 11 :30 a.m. on July 13, 2026, outside of Fire Station 4, 823 Baldwin Street, Waterbury, Connecticut. ATTENDANCE AND ON-TIME SIGN-IN AT THE Information Session IS MANDATORY. THOSE LATE/NOT ATTENDING WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL.
