Kitchen Equipment Service Contract

The Virginia Army National Guard (VaARNG) plans to release a solicitation for Kitchen Repair and Maintenance Services for the Virginia Army National Guard Armories throughout a the Commonwealth of Virginia. With the objective of establishing multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with a order period of 5 years.

This notice is a Sources Sought.  This is not a request for quote or proposal.  Separate notices will be posted prior to or when solicitations are issued to industry. The intent of this notice is to determine if there are businesses that are capable of supporting this requirement. The intention is to procure this service on an unpriced blanket purchase order. Interested vendors are encouraged to respond to this notice. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 811412 Appliance Repair and Maintenance with a small business size standard of $19,000,000. The product service code is J072 Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment-Household and Commerical Furnishings and Appliances. The primary type of work will be providing repair and preventative maintenance to the Virginia Army National Guard Armories kitchen equipment across the commonwealth of Virginia. All interested parties must accurately reflect their size and socio-economic status if a small business.

Responses to the above requests will assist the VaARNG in making informed decisions as how to solicit the requirement as small business set aside, full and open competition or sole source. A follow-on solicitation is not guaranteed to and the VAARNG reserves the right not to post a solicitation as a result of this Sources Sought.
