Kitchen Equipment Parts, Repair, and Preventive Maintenance Services

The Fort Worth Independent School District is accepting responses from qualified vendors for the purchase of Kitchen Equipment Parts, Repair, and Preventive Maintenance Services for 128 campuses plus warehouse of FWISD on an "as needed" basis. This Proposal may be awarded to one or multiple vendors by line item or package as determined to be the best value to Fort Worth Independent School District. FWISD reserves the right to negotiate with any or all respondents and accept or reject any and/or all proposals, to waive any formalities and/or irregularities and to award in the best interest of the District.
All vendors supplying prices shall be established vendors whose primary business is to provide parts and/or service for commercial food preparation, heating, cooking and refrigeration equipment.
This contract will be a two-part contract:

Section I will be line items of parts offered by the proposer and must include the Fort Worth ISD price.

Section II will be for repair and preventive maintenance services costs based on hourly labor rates and service call charges if applicable.

Prices, once awarded, must be firm for one (1) year from date of award. However, suppliers may request a price adjustment due to manufacturer price increases. Any adjustments must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the manufacture price increase.
Bidders are required to read the requirements for service thoroughly and note any exceptions in their proposal.
