To provide all labor, materials, equipment, parts, and incidentals necessary to provide Chesapeake Public School Department of School Nutrition Services equipment maintenance and repair parts/services in accordance with the enclosed conditions and specifications. Chesapeake Public Schools may, upon mutual agreement with the successful vendor(s), extend the contract period for four(4) additional 12-months period.
The District seeks bids from qualified, licensed, and insured vendors to provide Kitchen Equipment Maintenance, Parts, and Repair Services .
Through this Invitation To Bid (IFB), the District is seeking to identify one or more vendors who can most fully meet the needs of the District as specified in this document and any associated attachments.
