Synopsis:

Sealed tenders for the kitchen cabinet renovation of Victoria Tower, 123 Fairford Street East, Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan will be received at the office of Moose Jaw Housing Authority, 255 Caribou Street West, Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan until 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 17, 2026.

Description of Work: Remove and replace the kitchen cabinets of three (3) two-bedroom units, and thirty-six (36) one-bedroom units for a total of 39 units located on floors 4, 5, and 6 of Victoria Tower.

Tenders $100,000 and over must be accompanied by a Certified Cheque, Irrevocable Letter of Credit or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten percent (10%) of the bid price, made payable to the Moose Jaw Housing Authority.

Copies of the Tender Documents may be obtained from SaskTenders or from the Moose Jaw Housing Authority at (306) 694-4055.

There will be a mandatory site review meeting on site on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 10:00 am. Interested bidders to meet at the front entrance of Victoria Tower, 123 Fairford Street E, Moose Jaw.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. Evidence of competency shall be provided if requested. These reservations shall apply equally to subcontractors.
