Work under this contract shall include the furnishing of all labor, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, supervision, and necessary insurance for “appliances repairs and replacements” for various locations managed by the General Services Department and Houston Fire Department.

The services provided are expected not to exceed $49,000.00

This scope of work outlines the major repairs and replacements required across multiple kitchen equipment units, with a focus on ensuring all units meet functional and safety standards. This equipment is located at multiple Fire Stations and other City Facilities throughout the City of Houston.

The equipment to be serviced details various appliances used in multiple locations, with items such as ovens, stove tops, and not limited to microwaves fridges, washers, and dryers, mostly from well-known brands like GE, Whirlpool, and Frigidaire, with occasional higher-end options like Sub Zero and Blue Star for specific categories.

1. Ovens, Wall Ovens : GE, LG, Whirlpool, Blue Star, Frigidaire, Dacor, and Wolf.

2. Cooktops and Ranges : Wolf, GE, LG, Dacor, Thermador, and Viking.

3. Microwaves : GE, Panasonic, Samsung, Magic Chef, and Amana.

4. Fridges : GE, Whirlpool, Frigidaire, Magic Chef, and Sub Zero and White Westinghouse

5. Washers/Dryers : GE, Whirlpool, Samsung, LG, and Maytag.
