Kinneytown Dam Site Management, Maintenance, Compliance

The Connecticut Brownfield Land Bank, Inc. (CTBLB) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified professional engineering firms to provide comprehensive management, maintenance, and regulatory compliance services for the non-operational Kinneytown Dam, a FERC-regulated hydroelectric facility located in Seymour and Ansonia, Connecticut. The selected firm will be responsible for managing and performing all necessary technical, operational, regulatory, and safety-related tasks to ensure compliance with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and to maintain the dam in a safe and stable condition. The response shall include an hourly rate for on-call services and tasks associated with the specific delivery of certain items as specified in the full RFQ/RFP Document, which may be found at: https://nvcogct.gov/for-vendors/ and as an attachment to this posting.
