Bidders must purchase the contract documents directly from Allegany County Economic and Community Development to submit a bid for consideration and be registered to receive addenda and notices. Contract documents are available for purchase upon payment of $50.00 per set of plans and specifications. Checks should be made payable to the Allegany County Commissioners.
