Sealed Bids for Kingsley Avenue Roadway Improvements and Sewer Replacement will be received by the Northampton Department of Public Works at their office at 125 Locust Street, Northampton, MA until 2:00 P.M. on April 1, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as “Highway – Construction” for the project with an estimated value of $600,740.00 will be required. Project includes prevailing wage rates. Bid deposit and Payment & Performance bonds are required. This is a City funded project. The City of Northampton reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
