The City of Kingman is soliciting sealed bids (Invitation for Bids or "IFB") from qualified vendors capable of providing an offer to furnish any and all required labor, material, construction equipment, transportation and services to construct public roadway improvements consisting of two (2) roadways within the Kingman Industrial Park for a stipulated price contract, in strict conformity with the construction plans, specifications and contract documents. All work being performed is within Mohave County right-of-way . Criteria for selection will be overall cost.

The IFB may be obtained by visiting the City of Kingman’s procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofkingman .

Bids must be submitted through the OpenGov procurement portal.

Bidders wishing to submit questions must do so through the procurement portal by no later than 5:00 pm , Arizona time, on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 .

Bids are due by 3:00 pm , Arizona time, on Thursday, December 4, 2025 . The City may reject any bid not in compliance with all of the prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements contained herein. The City also reserves the right to reject any bid when cancellation is in the best interest of the City.

Mailed, faxed, hand-delivered, and e-mailed bids will not be accepted. Mailed bids will be disposed of, unopened, and will not be returned to the Bidder.
