Kingman Fire Stations #21, #23 and #24 Apparatus Bay Doors and Public Works Fleet Maintenance Bay Door Replacements

2025-IFB-020

The City of Kingman is soliciting sealed bids (Invitation for Bids or "IFB") from qualified vendors capable of providing 10 new apparatus bay doors at three fire stations and two bay doors at Public Works Fleet Maintenance and installation . Criteria for selection will be overall cost (to include shipping and taxes) and the ability to meet delivery dates listed.

The IFB may be obtained by visiting the City of Kingman’s procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofkingman .

Bids must be submitted through the OpenGov procurement portal.

Bidders wishing to submit questions must do so through the procurement portal by no later than 12:00 pm , Arizona time, on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 .

Bids are due by 12:00 pm , Arizona time, on Monday, August 4, 2025 . The City may reject any bid not in compliance with all of the prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements contained herein. The City also reserves the right to reject any bid when cancellation is in the best interest of the City. Delays due to mail and/or delivery services will not be considered excusable to the time requirements contained within this IFB.

The City of Kingman is a municipal governmental entity providing a full range of utility services, including water, wastewater, and solid waste. The City of Kingman also provides police and fire protection services, planning and zoning, building and life safety, tourism, economic development, municipal court, public transit, airport, recreation, golf, parks, pools, street maintenance, and various administrative support services.

The Council meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month. The City Council holds the authority to award contracts for formal purchases of $50,000 or greater.
