TOWN OF LITTLETON, The Town of Littleton, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from general contractors for the King Street Commons Public Infrastructure Project Phase 2 located at 550 King Street in accordance with the documents prepared by TEC, Inc. The scope of work includes the following items: Construction of new utilities including sewer, water, drainage, and underground electric infrastructure, and associated incidental work. Sealed bids, clearly marked SEALED BID-KING STREET COMMONS PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT PHASE II will be received until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at the Office of the Town Administrator, 3rd floor, Room 306, Littleton Town Hall, 37 Shattuck Street, Littleton, MA 01460, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. A bid security in the form of cash, certified check or cashier's check, payable to the Town of Littleton, of no less than 5% of the bid amount must accompany each bid. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30 and M.G.L. c. 149, Sec. 26-27, as well as to federal Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as, Highway Construction, will be required. Bid documents will be available online at https://www.littletonma.org/Bids.aspx starting Thursday, October 2, 2025 @ 10:00 a.m. A pre-bid site walk is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 08, 2025. All interested bidders seeking further information and/or clarification regarding this project are encouraged to attend.
