The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Pentagon
Directorate intends to solicit on behalf of Navy Recruiting Command (NRC) for services related to
sponsorship and outreach/recruiting at the King of the North Showdown. This is intended to be a sole
source acquisition. The sole source vendor is Libby Productions LLC (455 Mills Spring RD, Eureka,
Montana 59917; CAGE 9TC79; small business concern)
This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract.
The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with
only one source, Libby Productions LLC (CAGE: 9TC79), IAW FAR 13.106(b)(1). As previously stated,
the required services have been determined to be only available from a single source, Libby Productions
LLC.
