Amendment #1: RFIs will be responded to by close of business on March 17, 2025 Eastern Florida State College (EFSC) is seeking Bids from qualified contractors to complete all work required for the King Center Building 9 Renovation for an Executive Suite located on the Melbourne Campus at 3865 N Wickham Rd., Melbourne, FL 32935. Guests will enjoy performances at the King Center of the Performing Arts in a secure and private environment. A “Green Room”, directly accessible to the “Viewing Room” will be created for guests to enjoy snacks and beverages prior to performance. OPTIONAL Walk-Through will take place on February 26, 2025 at 2PM. Interested prospective bidders are asked to meet in the Lobby of the King Center. |
