Eastern Florida State College (EFSC) is seeking Bids from qualified contractors to complete all work required for the King Center Building 9 Renovation for an Executive Suite located on the Melbourne Campus at 3865 N Wickham Rd., Melbourne, FL 32935. Guests will enjoy performances at the King Center of the Performing Arts in a secure and private environment. A “Green Room”, directly accessible to the “Viewing Room” will be created for guests to enjoy snacks and beverages prior to performance. OPTIONAL Walk-Through will take place on February 26, 2025 at 2PM. Interested prospective bidders are asked to meet in the Lobby of the King Center. |
