Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, will be considered. Quotes will be evaluated on price and other factors, with award made on the basis of best value to the Government.



Instructions

1. Submit quote for the following:

Item #1: 23,868 Each KIND Item #28717, ERG Chocolate Chunk Bar

Item #2: 864 Each KIND Item #28716, ERG Dark Choco Peanut Butter Bar



Please see two attachments for exact product requirement.



Include in quote the estimated time to delivery after receipt of order.



The quote shall include all applicable shipping and handling costs.
