| Description: | The Contractor shall supply all material, equipment, labor, supervision, and technical expertise to replace the existing roof as shown in the attached photographs. The Contractor shall remove the existing ballast, roofing, remove any damaged materials, debris, old membranes or nails and inspect for damaged decking that might need replacement, flashing, and all other debris and legally dispose of it off site. The Contractor shall prepare the roof deck, install new insulation, if required, install new flashing, and install a new EPDM roof per these specifications. There is approximately 16,000 sq. feet of roof to replace and there is concrete under the existing roofs. |
