MIXED BEVERAGE SERVICE

CITY OF KILLEEN, TEXAS

The City of Killeen will receive Request for Proposals for Killeen Civic and Conference Center Mixed Beverage Service electronically through the City’s OpenGov e-bidding site or addressed to the City of Killeen, Attn: Purchasing Division, 802 N. 2nd Street, Building E, 2nd Floor, Killeen, Texas 76541, until 2:00 pm on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 . Proposal submissions shall be plainly marked with the name and address of the vendor and “RFP NO. 25-10 Killeen Civic and Conference Center Mixed Beverage Service , 2:00 pm , Wednesday, January 22, 2025 ”.

If submitted by mail or hand delivered, one (1) original, signed, and initialed in ink (not pencil), and one (1) electronic copy on a flash drive of the entire proposal shall be submitted at the below location prior to 2:00 pm on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 .

Submittals received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Please submit one original and two copies of the proposal

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to select and enter into a Management Agreement with a vendor to make any and all necessary improvements that may be required for mixed beverage services and open the business to the public with the primary interest in providing mixed beverage service to clients that have contracted an event with the Killeen Civic and Conference Center complex and other City of Killeen facilities.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference and facility tour will be held at the Killeen Civic and Conference Center Executive Board Room, located at, 3601 South W.S. Young Drive, Killeen, Texas at 11:00 am , Tuesday, January 14, 2025

RFP questions will be accepted on the OpenGov e-bidding site , until 2:00 pm on Friday, January 17, 2025 . Questions will be answered in the form of an addendum and posted on the OpenGov e-bidding site . It is the proposer’s responsibility to obtain and acknowledge all addendums.

Complete information regarding this solicitation may be obtained from the City of Killeen website ( www.killeentexas.gov ), Demand Star ( http://www.demandstar.com/ ), and ESBD ( http://portal.cpa.state.tx.us ).

The City of Killeen reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive any irregularities.
