Summary It is the intent of these plans and specifications to provide for a single general contractor who shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform the work in a professional manner for the Kilgore & Portage Shared Use Path, as described in the plans, specifications, and bid documents.

The work will consist of grading for and installation of concrete sidewalk, sand subbase, driveway reconstruction, landscaping, and restoration along Portage Street from Kilgore Road to Lakeway Avenue, as well as additional sidewalk improvements associated with the Kilgore Sidewalk–Portage Sidewalk.
