KIEFER LANDFILL BUILDING METHANE MONITORING

The County of Sacramento ("County") is soliciting proposals to provide calibration and maintenance services for DWMR’s methane monitoring systems in buildings located at Kiefer Landfill, 12701 Kiefer Boulevard, Sloughhouse, California, 95683

DWMR anticipates semiannual maintenance and monitoring will be performed, beginning in the third quarter of 2025.

All interested parties will be required to have a CSLB Class B license as well as C-10, C-7 and C-16 .

DWMR is seeking a firm that is experienced in building monitoring and is capable of providing calibration and maintenance services of our existing systems. Five on-site buildings have methane monitoring systems. These systems require routine maintenance and calibration. Additionally, the systems require troubleshooting, and repair occasionally.
