The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a project located at Allegheny National Forest, McKean and Warren County, PA for Recreational Area Development Phase II.The major features of the Project generally involves the following:a.        Renovation of three existing buildings (O-1, U-1, and U-2)o        Providing interior construction including wall boards, toilet partitions, electrical fixtures, plumbing, sanitary lines, and domestic water lines.o        Utility improvementso        Access pathways from adjacent roadways and parking lotsb.        Demolition of two existing buildings (O-2 and Shower Building)o        Buildings will be demolished in their entirety.o        Construction of new prefabricated buildings.o        Access pathways from adjacent roadways and parking lotsThe work is to be performed entirely on property of the Allegheny National Forest. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS Code is $45,000,000.00. This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns. Any resultant contract shall be Firm-Fixed Price and one award is anticipated.Offerors must have a current and active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of quote submission in order to be awarded a contract.
