Summary
The City of Orlando, through its Orlando Venues Division, is seeking bids from qualified and experienced Bidders to furnish and deliver a high-performance spotlight system for the Kia Center. The awarded Contractor will be responsible for supplying equipment that meets or exceeds the technical specifications outlined in this IFB, as well as providing long-term support and service capabilities. Work also involves the removal and disposal of existing inoperable spotlight units and the discussion of trade value and resale of the operational units.
This procurement is part of the City’s ongoing investment in maintaining world-class production capabilities at the Kia Center, a premier venue for concerts, sporting events, and nationally televised programming.
