This engagement presents a unique opportunity to shape the future of venue security in one of the most active entertainment markets in the country. We are seeking a forward-thinking, collaborative partner with a proven track record in large-scale security design, systems integration, and operational innovation.
Orlando Venues operates a diverse and dynamic portfolio of facilities—including the Kia Center, Camping World Stadium, and cultural landmarks like Harry P. Leu Gardens and the Mennello Museum—that host millions of guests annually. With a strong commitment to public safety, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction, we recognize the critical need to modernize our security infrastructure to meet the evolving demands of live events and large-scale operations.
To support this transformation, over $15.8 million in capital improvements are planned through 2034. These investments focus on enhancing surveillance, access control, emergency response capabilities, and overall guest and staff safety. Planned improvements include replacing aging legacy systems, modernizing the Security Operations Center (SOC), hardening perimeter security, and integrating cutting-edge technologies such as frictionless screening, crowd management tools, and upgraded communication systems.
This initiative represents more than a technical upgrade—it’s a strategic opportunity to reimagine how our venues approach safety and security. The consultant selected for this project will play a pivotal role in shaping a forward-looking, user-friendly, and fully integrated security environment. Success will be measured by the ability to create scalable designs that strengthen incident response, simplify system operation for frontline users, and enhance the guest experience across every touchpoint.
