KHC - BPA for various dental/medical/PPE supplies

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) - Kayenta, Arizona, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) awards to Contemporary Product Solutions - UEI No. J8R2Z4N5ML15, ProAlliance, Corp. - UEI No. PRFPQB8APUG7, Lakota Enterprises, Inc. – UEI No. K75MP9MX15Y8, and Red Heritage Medical, LLC - UEI No. RPGHTKJNCY55, for various dental supplies for miscellaneous Disposable impression trays, Ready Steel K-File, Optibond Soloplus adhesive unidose, Curgifoam Sponge Hemostatic, PPE, Sterilization pouches, and Diamond Friction Grip supplies, etc. to be ordered on an “as needed basis” as required by the Dental Department. Award will be for three (3) years as a base plus two option years.

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), Contemporary Product Solutions, ProAlliance Corp., Lakota Enterprises, Inc., and Red Heritage Medical, LLC is uniquely qualified to provide the required supplies for the Dental department, to coordinate all aspects of patients’ denture program, surgical procedures, routine, and urgent dental treatment for direct patient care.

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Contemporary Product Solutions, ProAlliance Corp., Lakota Enterprises, Inc., and Red Heritage Medical, LLC may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Jerlyn Begay, Contract Specialist, at jerlyn.begay@ihs.gov by 1:00 PM EST on Tuesday, 12/10/2024.

Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
