KHC - BPA for various Commercial food products, non-subsistence supplies, etc.

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) - Kayenta, Arizona, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) awards to Abbott Laboratories - UEI No. KG86DX52E8U5, Shamrock Foods Co. - UEI No. FNMABKEBU4P8, Sysco USA I, Inc. – UEI No. G5BEJ6KGRK65, and US Foods, Inc. - UEI No. HUMMHMS77BY8, for various supplies for miscellaneous commercial food products, subsistence and non-subsistence food items; food, dietary, and kitchen supplies to be ordered on an “as needed basis” as required by the Dietetics Department. Award will be for three (3) years as a base plus two option years.

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), Abbott Laboratories, Shamrock Foods Co., Sysco USA I, Inc., and US Foods Co. is uniquely qualified to provide the required supplies for the Clinic, to coordinate all aspects of patients’ nutritional care and provide attractive, nutritious meals made with high quality ingredients for direct patient care.

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Abbott Laboratories, Shamrock Foods Co., Sysco USA I, Inc., and US Foods Co. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Jerlyn Begay, Contract Specialist, at jerlyn.begay@ihs.gov by 1:00 PM EST on Monday, 12/09/2024.

Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
