KDF Morehead Branch Interior Painting

The Morehead Branch consists of two buildings, the Lower Education Building and the Main Office Building. Both buildings shall be painted with white ceiling paint, satin beige paint, and semi-gloss white trim/chair rail paint. Lower Education Building: Walls 4,000 SF+/- 12' Ceilings 1,200 SF+/- Door Trim three (3) entry doors, seven (7) interior doors Main Office Building: Rooms 11 Walls 3,200 SF+/- Ceiling 1500 SF +/- Mop board throughout 250 LF +/- Chair Rail 100 LF +/- Bidders are required to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves as to all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of performance of the contract to the extent such information is reasonably obtainable.
