Qualification Requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be thirty (30) days after issue. The anticipated award date will be sixty (60) days after solicitation closes. Written and electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests.
