KC-135 Eddy Current Inspection Kits

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE

The 92d Contracting Squadron in Fairchild AFB, Washington intends to award a sole source purchase order to NDT Solutions, LLC as a result of them being the exclusive distributor of SPCK-205/N2K and SPCK-339-2NK Eddy Current Inspection Kits. Five (5) kits are required and include components from both abovementioned Eddy Current Inspection kits, as follows:

• Nose Wheel Probe, WPN-KC135


• Nose Wheel Standard, WSN-KC135


• Main Wheel Probe, WPM-KC135/CB


• Main Wheel Standard, WSM-KC135-CB


• (1) Eddy Current Cable for each nose and main probes (2 total), EC-RN2K-TL-6


• Roll of Teflon tape


• Form fitted Pelican kit box

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by IAW FAR 13.106-1(b). The anticipated award date is after 17 September 2025. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit, in writing, complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Deadline date for capability statements is 16 September 2025 at 10:00 AM PT. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
