Katy Depot - Liberty Park Connect Sedalia Project - Sedalia, MO

Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Sedalia, Missouri at the Office of the City Clerk in the Municipal Building, 200 S. Osage Ave., Sedalia, MO, 65301 until the above time, for the KATY DEPOT – LIBERTY PARK CONNECT SEDALIA PROJECT, TAP5700(512), City Project Number 2026-015, dated September 2, 2025 , and will be publicly opened and read aloud in the first-floor council chambers. All Bidders are required to submit their proposal on the forms provided and the entire Project Manual must be bound and submitted. Three (3) originals of all signed documents and forms shall be included with the submission. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder.

The work consists of the construction of a 8-10’ wide sidewalk beginning at the Katy Depot continuing west along the south side of 3rd Street to a mid-block crossing at Sneed Avenue. Tasks include: Demolition, Earthwork, Grading, Storm Sewer, Concrete Sidewalk, ADA Ramps, Signage, Pavement Markings, Traffic Control, and Erosion Control.

Prime contractors must be pre-qualified with MoDOT or have a fully responsive contractor questionnaire on file with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) at least seven (7) days prior to the bid opening date.

Federal funds will be used to assist in the development of this project, therefore all Federal and State Law applies.

Prevailing wage rates applicable to the above have been predetermined as required by State Law.
