Description
Project Description: This project will consist of demolishing the elevator interiors, installing the new elevator interiors, installing new elevator pumps, installing new pump housing units, installing new controllers, performing elevator shaft updates, performing any necessary fireproofing. The contractor will also be responsible for bringing the elevator back up to full operation after construction is complete, including providing the replacement hydraulic fluid, procuring the requisite elevator permits, and performing testing necessary to meet safety requirements.
