Remove and dispose of existing vault toilets:
- Bragg Creek Day Use Area: Remove one (1) existing wood vault toilets, (2 stall) and two (2) existing wood vault toilets, (4 stall).
- Sheep River PP - Head Office Parking Area: Remove one (1) existing wood vault toilets, (2 stall).
- Sandy McNabb Trailhead Parking Area: Remove one (1) existing wood vault toilets, (2 stall).
- Junction Creek Day Use Area: Remove two (2) existing wood vault toilets, (2 stall).
- Cat Creek Day Use Area: Remove three (3) existing wood vault toilet (2 stall).
- Provisional item – Fitzsimmons Creek Day Use: Remove one (1) existing wood vault toilets, (2 stall).
Supply and construction of new concrete vault toilets and tanks at the existing toilet locations:
- Bragg Creek Day Use Area: (1) one 4 stall-concrete vault toilet.
- Sheep River PP - Head Office Parking Area: (1) one 4 stall concrete vault toilet.
- Sandy McNabb Trailhead Parking Area: (1) one 4 stall-concrete vault toilet.
- Junction Creek Day Use Area: (2) two 4 stall-concrete vault toilet.
- Cat Creek Day Use Area: (1) one 4 stall-concrete vault toilet.
- Provisional item – Fitzsimmons Creek Day Use: (1) one 4 stall concrete vault toilet.

- Bragg Creek Provincial Park: Bragg Creek Day Use Area;
- Sheep River Provincial Park: Head Office Parking Area, Sandy McNabb Trailhead Parking Area and Junction Creek Day Use Area;
- Cat Creek Provincial Recreation Area: Cat Creek Day Use Area;
-Fitzsimmons Creek Provincial Recreation Area: Fitzsimmons Day Use Area;
.3 The work includes:
Demolition, removal and disposal of existing vault toilet buildings;
Cleaning, removal and disposal of existing buried septic holding tanks;
Supply and construction of new pre-cast concrete vault toilet buildings Including the supply and construction of four (4) prefabricated concrete 4 ‐ stall vault washroom buildings:
I. Supply, installation and priming of concrete septic tanks;
II. Supply and installation of precast concrete toilet building
structures;
III. Supply and installation of the precast concrete roof;
IV. Supply and installation of all building accessories identified on the drawings; and
V. Landscaping finishing work.
