Demolish the Admin Building and remediate the site. Hazardous material testing has been completed, and abatement will be required
prior to demolition. Disconnection of utilities relating to demolition; any utility connections (power, water, sewer, telecommunications
etc.) to and from the building must be disconnected before demolition and these existing utility connections must be maintained
during demolition and permanently restored post-demolition

Total removal of any infrastructure including foundation and proper disposal of all debris and demolition materials from the site
