Overview

Summary

The Project scope requires the Contractor to perform a full-depth rail reconstruction in the vicinity of the Kalamath Rail Crossing located within Denver Downtown. The Contractor will prepare proposals based on the scope of work offered, the Issued for Bid (IFB) Drawings, general requirements, technical specifications, any Request for Proposal (RFP) amendments, and contractually referenced and required documents listed in the RFP. All RTD and City and County of Denver (CCD) standards apply to the Project.
