Project Description: The City is issuing this Request for Proposals to identify a consultant that can provide Kaizen Facilitation services. The City is anticipating the need for ten distinct Kaizen events in the next couple of years. The successful consultant will assist the City in conducting these Kaizen events for continuous improvement.
