Description: The New York State Canal Corporation (hereafter, the "CANAL" and/or "NYSCC") a Subsidiary of the New York Power Authority (hereafter, "NYPA" and/or "The Authority") is seeking qualified firms to provide to provide an accessible hand-launch, as well as site design and engineering to provide universal access from the adjacent parking lot to the new launch. PROPOSERS ARE HEREBY DIRECTED TO USE NYPA’S WEBSITE (WWW.NYPA.GOV) TO OBTAIN COMPLETE BID DOCUMENTS, BID ADDENDA, POST BID-ADDENDA AND RELATED NOTICES WITHIN THE NYPA ARIBA NETWORK. NOTE: THE LINK LISTED UNDER PROCUREMENT OPPORTUNITIES ON THE CANAL WEBSITE WILL RE-DIRECT YOU TO NYPA'S WEBSITE WHERE THE DOCUMENTS ARE LOCATED.
