K25-10373180JH Lyons Main Shop External Wall Parging and Painting

he New York State Canal Corporation (hereafter, the "CANAL" and/or "NYSCC") a Subsidiary of the New York Power Authority (hereafter, "NYPA" and/or "The Authority") is seeking qualified firms to provide removal of loose old parging from shop exterior walls, lead based paint will need to removed and disposed of in accordance with NYSCC requirements, apply new fiber reinforced parging material in kind with the existing thickness, apply a liquid bonding agent to the cleaned wall prior to applying first parge coat, paint areas where new parging is replaced with matching paint, provide all materials and means necessary to complete the work by the scheduled deadline, submit a project specific health and safety plan, and work plan prior to start of work, obtain a NYSCC work permit prior to starting construction, and provide submittals for parging material and paint for NYSCC approval. The location will be at the Lyons Main Shop Building at 7765 Dry Dock Road, Lyons, NY.
