1. Notice to Offeror(s)/(Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this

solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an Offeror for any costs.

2. Questions shall be submitted to the POCs and Contracting Officer listed above no later than 25 June 2025. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered.

3. Quotes in response to this solicitation must be submitted via email to the POCs and Contracting Officer listed above no later than the established deadline. Offerors are encouraged to submit proposals prior to the due date.

4. Quotes must be valid through 30 September 2025.

5. All price quotations must be submitted on a separate document.
