he Board of Commissioners, Glynn County, Georgia will receive sealed technical and fee proposals for: Juvenile Justice Center Construction Project. Proposals will be received via the County's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/glynncounty until 1:30 pm on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, for the above referenced service which are described in the schedules attached hereto. Proposals will be publicly opened and only the name(s) of those Proposers responding will be mentioned. All Proposers are invited to be present during the proposal opening.

There will be a Mandatory Pre-proposal Conference held on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at 11:30 am at Administrative Conference Room #216 located on the 2nd Floor of the Harold Pate Building 1725 Reynolds Street Brunswick, GA 31520. For those unable to attend in person, the pre-bid meeting will be streamed live via Teams. Meeting ID: 277 418 558 504 Passcode: NR2pA6yS. Any questions and /or misunderstandings that may arise from this request shall be submitted, in writing via the County's eProcurement Portal Q&A feature no later than 5:00 pm on Thursday, January 30, 2025. All Questions and Answers submitted will be posted to the website no later than Tuesday, February 4, 2025.
