Description:	This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the purpose of establishing a contract with a qualified firm to provide cost effective, medically necessary, and mental health services and maintain a level of quality in accordance with current standards established by the National Commission on Correctional Health Care (NCCHC), the Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice Standards (IDJJ), and the Administrative Office of Illinois Courts (AOIC) for the Lake County Juvenile Detention Facility.Â Additionally, the health services program for the Juvenile Detention Facility must comply with the minimum standards as defined by the Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice and the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA).
