Juvenile Detention Facility-Roofing Project

The County of Yolo is requesting bids from qualified Contractors to provide construction services for the Juvenile Detention Facility-Roofing Project per specifications outlined in this Invitation to Bid (ITB).

Bidders who submit a response to this IFB must have the ability to meet the bid specifications and requirements, including General Terms and Conditions contained in this IFB .

All questions regarding this IFB are to be directed to Karen Kawelmacher in the “Question & Answer,” section of this solicitation.  Failure to adhere to this process may disqualify potential bidder.  The County is not responsible for any oral or written interpretations from any other person.

Please submit all bids electronically via Beacon Bid and by required hard copy as well.

A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for 10:00am on Thursday October 9, 2025, at the project site located at 2880 East Gibson Road, Woodland, CA. 95776 with Sr. Project Coordinator, Carlos del Rosario. The County shall allow a ten-minute grace period for tardiness to the job walk.
