Justice Facility Chiller Replacement

The project consists of furnishing of all labor, materials, material delivery, equipment, transportation, and all associated services to replace and dispose of the current original chiller for the Justice Facility located at 2332 Las Vegas Boulevard North. The City purchased a Smardt chiller prior to this bid, and in accordance with NRS 338.1423(2)(a), the successful bidder is required to pay the taxes that would have been due for the purchase had a non-tax exempt entity purchased the item.

The Project shall be completed within 45 consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed and no later than March 31, 2025 and before the outside high temperatures reach 90 degrees , which shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization.

The estimated monetary range of the project is: $100,000 to $150,000.
