The work proposed includes all the necessary *permits, fees, materials, equipment, labor, and related items. Project includes Tenant Improvements at the CCB and 1501 Market building. Improvements at the CCB include work on 1 st floor Clerks Department, new restrooms on the 1 st floor, five new courtrooms on the 7 th floor, an office Tenant Improvement on the 9 th floor, storage space on the 11 th floor, and replacement of Courtroom doors throughout the building. Improvements at 1501 Market include new Council Chambers on 1 st floor, new Treasury customer service counter and office, new offices built on multiple floors, and ADA improvements to existing parking lot at 1502 Market.
* Pierce County will pay fees for the General Building Permit and Plan Review for this project. The Contractor is responsible for any specialty or other permits required for this project and shall include such fees in their bid.
