Justice Campus Solar Facility Repair

Yolo County is seeking repair services for the Justice Campus Solar Facility.

Bids are invited for repair services to the Justice Campus Solar Facility.  The Project consists of all labor, materials equipment and services necessary to repair all damaged components to return solar facility into working order.  This repair includes (A) for combiner box 5, replace combiner box and internal components, replace existing conductors, provide and string new conductors, replace liquid‐tight conduit; (B), for combiner box 6, replace existing conductors, provide and string new feeders; (C) perform all disposal of old material that was replaced in accordance with appropriate disposal standards; (D) perform reenergizing to return solar facility returns to working and solar energy producing order.

Bidders who submit a response to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) must have the ability to meet the requirements, including the terms and conditions contained in this IFB.

A mandatory pre‐bid conference and site visit will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Jail Day Reporting Center Parking located southwest of the corner of East Gibson Road and County Road 102 (“Site Visit”). All participants are required to sign‐in. Failure to attend or tardiness will render the bid ineligible.

Any questions must be submitted in writing, via BeaconBid, by 5:00 PM, Friday, March 14, 2025, all questions will be compiled and answered on or before Monday, March 17, 2025. Please do not email individual County staff with your questions.

All bids shall be filed with Yolo County General Services Department, located at 120 West Main Street Suite C, Woodland, CA 95695, before 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 20, 2025.
