INVITATION FOR BIDS

IFB# 9035 – Juniper Hill Roof Replacement – Phase II

The City of Framingham, through the Mayor of Framingham Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids for IFB# 9035 – Juniper Hill Roof Replacement – Phase II.

The project consists of the removal and replacement of designated existing roof areas with associated work as shown on the drawings and the specifications including but not limited to roof deck repair, restorative roof coating, masonry restoration, and replacement of roof drains.

D CAMM Certification is required to bid on this project; General bid certification category is: Roofing

Filed Sub-Bids shall be included for the following 2 trades:

Masonry and Plumbing

Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet Direct Portal. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

Bids shall be submitted through Bidnet and are due as follows:

General Bidders: Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.

Filed Sub-Bid – Masonry - Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.

Filed Sub-Bid – Plumbing - Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 11:00 AM.

Bid documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bidnet Direct portal on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 after 10:00 A.M. in accordance with the documents prepared by Gale Associates, Inc.

***A pre-bid site visit will be held on Wednesday February 4, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at Juniper Hill School, 29 Upper Joclyn Avenue, Framingham MA

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
