Building Remodel
The Junction City of Junction City will receive bids for the City of Junction City Office Building
Remodel, located at 901 S. Washington St. Junction City, KS 66441. Bids will be received by
The City Clerk’s Office, on the 2nd floor of 700 N. Jefferson St in Junction City, KS by 10:00
AM, January 27th, 2026. All Construction Documents will be obtained from Kaw Valley
Engineering located at 2319 N. Jackson St. Junction City, KS, 785-762-5040,
thede@kveng.com. Bids shall be directed to the City Clerk, Ariana Lorenzo, securely sealed, and
endorsed as a bid with the name and address of the project, as well as the Bidder’s name and
contact information on the outside of the envelope as directed in the Instructions to Bidders. A
Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on site, on a date to be determined. The Owner reserves the right to
reject any or all bids, and to waive any information in the bid. Questions regarding the bids

written format. All questions will be answered via addenda and disseminated through Kaw
Valley Engineering.
