JSTOR Access

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of access to the JSTOR platform from Orbis Cascade Alliance as a sole source because of the contractor being the single provider of the goods and/or services. OSU is a member of the Orbis Cascade Alliance who purchases access to library materials for its members. JSTOR provides copyrighted material through their systems and Orbis has a contract for that access for its members. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at pacs@oregonstate.edu by April 26, 2024 at 2:00 pm, PST.
