Solicitation Summary
Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum (JPPM) is seeking a firm to performing maintenance and emergency repairs to the HVAC systems in the park, which include VRV systems, mini- split systems, heat pump systems, geothermal heat pump systems, oil fired furnaces, and air conditioning systems as outlined in the attached Project Specifications entitled “HVAC Maintenance and Repairs” and Invitation for Bid form. Also included are the
• “Bid/Proposal Affidavit” (attachment 1),
• “Conflict of Interest Affidavit and Disclosure” (attachment 2),
• And a sample contract (attachment 3),
• A reference form (attachment 4).
• A No Reply Form (attachment 5).
Offerors must submit a proposal to the e-mail address listed below and be received no later than 3:00 PM on October 30, 2025. Any proposal received after this time and date will not be accepted.
