Solicitation Amendment Synopsis:

- Questions received have been consolidated and answered in the attached document below titled: Questions from Industry W91QVP-27-Q-A014

- Added wage determinations to the attachments below.

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) Solicitation for Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center (JPMRC 27-01).

The service period of performance (POP) will be from 11 October 2026 to 26 November 2026.

The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to provide Bus transportation services in support of 25th Infantry Division JPMRC 27-01 rotation at Schofield Barracks and other various locations on the Island of Oahu. This procurement is a competitive requirement.

Deadlines:

Questions due: No later than 3:00 PM HST, 22 September 2026. Questions submitted after the suspense date may not receive a response.

Quotes due: No later than 3:00 PM HST, 26 September 2026.

Delivery Instructions: The digitally signed solicitation, quotation (prices shall be all inclusive), and technical specifications must be submitted in one email including any or all labeled attachments. The email shall be titled as follows:
